Black Butter and Honey Sauce for Mackerel
Serves: 2 | Complexity: very easy
- 4 oz butter
- sprig of parseley
- chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and allow it to brown, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the parsley and cook for a few seconds, then remove the pan from the heat.
- Add the wine vinegar and the honey and stir.
