Honey Glaze for Roast Lamb

Glaze for meat recipe using A-1 Honey

For those with a sweet tooth, A1 Honey Adds what you need to your meat.


  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • chopped mint to serve


  1. Roast the lamb according to your taste, but 15 minutes before the end of cooking time drain off the fat from the baking dish and pour the combined honey, orange and lemon juice over the meat.
  2. Return the meat to the oven and baste frequently till the end of cooking time.
