Honey Banana Pumpkin Seed Smoothie Recipe - A-1 Honey

A-1 Honey adds extra natural honey sweetness to smoothies.

Ingredients

  • 3 tsp A-1 Honey
  • 2 bananas
  • 400 ml frozen yogurt
  • 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 250ml milk
  • 10 ml water

Directions

  1. Peel your bananas.
  2. Put your yogurt, milk and bananas in a blender.
  3. Add 2 tsp of A-1 Honey.
  4. Add 2 tsp of pumpkin seeds.
  5. Add 10 ml of water.
  6. Give it a good blend until smooth.
  7. Pour in a tall cool glass.
  8. Garnish with A-1 Honey and pumpkin seeds.
