Honey Banana Pumpkin Seed Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3 tsp A-1 Honey
- 2 bananas
- 400 ml frozen yogurt
- 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 250ml milk
- 10 ml water
Directions
- Peel your bananas.
- Put your yogurt, milk and bananas in a blender.
- Add 2 tsp of A-1 Honey.
- Add 2 tsp of pumpkin seeds.
- Add 10 ml of water.
- Give it a good blend until smooth.
- Pour in a tall cool glass.
- Garnish with A-1 Honey and pumpkin seeds.
