Glazed Potatoes or Onions
Serves: 2 | Complexity: very easy
- 2 oz butter,
- 2 dessert spoons A-1 Honey
- Cook the potatoes or onions in boiling salted water till tender. Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the honey.
- Drain the potatoes or onions, place in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them.
- Bake in a moderate oven, 350°F (180°C) gas 4, till browned and nicely glazed.
