Glazed Potatoes or Onions

Glazed Raw Honey Vegetable Recipe - A-1 Honey

A-1 Honey makes for an excellent glazing on fresh vegetables.


  • 2 oz butter,
  • 2 dessert spoons A-1 Honey


  1. Cook the potatoes or onions in boiling salted water till tender. Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the honey.
  2. Drain the potatoes or onions, place in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them.
  3. Bake in a moderate oven, 350°F (180°C) gas 4, till browned and nicely glazed.
